Marking the start of 2004’s 10th anniversary North by Northeast Music Festival, this year’s White Ribbon Concert which is on Tuesday 8th June 2004 @ the Phoenix Concert Theatre, 410 Sherbourne Street, will be hosted by MuchMoreMusic’s Bill Welychka.

Featuring cover songs performed by Canadian music celebrities who have donated their talents to help raise awareness in ending men’s violence against women. Legendary jam band The Dexters will reprise its role as the house band for the night and confirmed performers include concert organizer Jeff Martin, The Trews, Gary Cherone, The Tea Party, members of Billy Talent, Todd Kerns, ‘Guitar Heroes’ featuring Jeff Healey, Rik Emmett and Dominic Troiano, and Snow. We’re still confirming more appearances so stay tuned for future announcements!!.

To help celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the North by Northeast Festival and bring added value to fans, we’ve upped the ante at the White Ribbon silent auction.
